They can also get travel credits instead of a refund in the original form of payment.

For any flight that you have cancelled, the request will be processed instantly and might take up to 7 days. In case of involuntary cancellation, you need to request a refund. You can also connect with My Trips Time Inc. with your flight details to request cancellation and get your refund amount processed instantly.

No, for missed flights, airlines do not offer any option for a refund.

Refunds on cancellations done through My Trips Time Inc. might take longer to display the refund amount in your account.

• If you have cancelled within 24 hours of booking, the refund amount might take 7-14 days to reflect in your account.
• After 24 hours, for any cancellation, a refund (if applicable) will be processed within 3-7 days.
• If you have booked a flight with any low-cost carrier, you will likely have a non-refundable ticket. Thus, it is advisable to cancel the same within 24 hours of booking to get a full refund.
• For the flight that has been cancelled by the airlines, it might take around 20 calendar days for the refund/compensation to be processed in the banking account.

A Vacation Package must include a flight booking & a hotel stay at the travel destination. The hotel might charge additionally for the services that are not listed in your booking. In this case, you can show a copy of your booking confirmation reflecting the amount you need to pay for your booking.
