With a basic economy ticket or the saver fare, one baggage is included in the ticket price to be carried by one passenger. Business and first-class passengers enjoy an additional baggage allowance included in their flight fares. If passengers carry excess baggage exceeding the permitted limit, they must pay additional baggage fees at the airport or online. For passengers booking flights in low-cost carriers, it is recommended to check the baggage allowance first, even with the basic ticket, as most do not permit free baggage allowance. Make Changes to Existing Booking

Yes, you can request to change your existing booking to a different date with My Trips Time Inc.. However, whether you will get a confirmed reservation on the desired date will rely on seat availability and the airline policies with which you have booked. Also, remember that you need to pay for the difference in fare in case of a higher fare.

Refunds

Yes, you can get a refund for flight cancellation based on the applicable airline policy. If you need a full refund, My Trips Time Inc. recommends cancelling the flight ticket within 24 hours of booking. After 24 hours, the passenger must have a refundable fare. They can also get travel credits instead of a refund in the original form of payment.

For any flight that you have cancelled, the request will be processed instantly and might take up to 7 days. In case of involuntary cancellation, you need to request a refund. You can also connect with My Trips Time Inc. with your flight details to request cancellation and get your refund amount processed instantly.

No, for missed flights, airlines do not offer any option for a refund.

Refunds on cancellations done through My Trips Time Inc. might take longer to display the refund amount in your account.

  • If you have cancelled within 24 hours of booking, the refund amount might take 7-14 days to reflect in your account.
  • After 24 hours, for any cancellation, a refund (if applicable) will be processed within 3-7 days.
  • If you have booked a flight with any low-cost carrier, you will likely have a non-refundable ticket. Thus, it is advisable to cancel the same within 24 hours of booking to get a full refund.
  • For the flight that has been cancelled by the airlines, it might take around 20 calendar days for the refund/compensation to be processed in the banking account.

Vacation and Hotel Bookings

A Vacation Package must include a flight booking & a hotel stay at the travel destination. While these two must be mandatory in the package, you can easily find other deals comprising car rentals and necessary add-ons.
